• Large 1365 square foot two story, open-plan condo with room for up to 10 guests • Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, and a Keurig Duo (K-cups or regular coffee). Fully stocked with cookware, dishes/utensils, glasses, spice rack, and essentials for hassle free family meals. • Comfortable open living + dining area with floor to ceiling windows, balcony access, bluetooth speaker for music, large flat screen TV, and many games for all ages. • Second floor entry creates a private balcony on each floor. Both are furnished and fully covered to extend the living areas complete with coastal breezes, gulf peek-a-boos, and ceiling fans. Perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

THE ISLAND LIFE - A TEXAS FAMILY TRADITION

This place was great! Stayed with a group of friends. Balcony was a great place to have coffee and enjoy the morning before heading to the beach. Spacious beds and rooms. Favorite part was the close proximity to the beach using the boardwalk with a 7-10 min walk! Would definitely recommend this place or even stay again!

This was such a fun stay for our family! The location was great, we were close to the beach and very close to all the restaurants and shops in town. It was super easy to checkin and checkout, the place was nice and clean as well! 😊
